The Ocean Conservation Trust is a conservation charity, inspiring a global movement to promote and encourage a wave of positive behaviour towards our Ocean. With a small core team, we realised that automation of our data processes is key to increasing what our passionate team can achieve. Without the specialist skills in house, we chose to work with Synapx as they had the specific skills to deliver a targeted piece of work connecting our online forms and surveys with our CRM.

Their team delivered exactly what we needed, taking time to understand the purpose and specific requirements. By linking our Typeform online surveys with our Raisers Edge database, using Power Automate, they have enabled us to automate our incoming data processes and ensure speedy stewardship of our audiences. With this connection in place, we can spend more of our staff time delivering the impactful work of our charity, and engaging more people with the Ocean.
